I love all these different things that we have to work on or are important milestones for our children. I never thought about eating vegetables as being one of them but you are right.

If we can give our kids a love for vegetables, I feel like we can conquer the world..:) Thanks for commenting!!

It amazes me how different each culture is when it comes to parenting. I personally wouldn’t spit on my baby 🙂 The amber necklaces for luck are also said to be for teething in the states.. I had one for my daughter because I thought it was cute. Thanks for an interesting read!

I agree on the spitting. I can appreciate the custom but won’t be implementing it in my parenting habits:). Glad you enjoyed the article! Thanks so much for commenting!

I had so much fun reading through this post! Yes there are different ways of bringin up children around th world. Im not a follower of any certain set rules. Whatever works for my kid and me, im happy with that.
Congratulations on your second baby xx

I agree, so fun to look at different perspectives!! We named our second girl Isla Joy (eye-la). It suits her perfectly already!;) Thanks for your lovely comment!

This is wonderful. Been thinking about this as hubby and I travel a lot but we’re avoiding having kids so that we can travel some more haha. Will come in handy when we decide to get pregnant 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

This is a great post! I am not a parent yet but I saw how hard it might be sometimes, as I have two little nephews 🙂 I should start training my sleeping routine now before I even get pregnant 🙂

Very interesting to read parenting tips from around the world. I think the way they raise the kids in France is fascinating, with the family only time and serving real food etc. I am not a parent yet, but I believe it is very hard and it looks like so many parents not are satisfied with their own parenting which is also sad. Thank you for sharing this 🙂

Parenting is difficult, however I truly believe what you said is true that personal dissatisfaction makes it even harder! Getting advice and seeking out new strategies is healthy. Feeling inadequate as you compare yourself to others is a slippery slope. Thanks for commenting!!
